Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about working with Wysegen — services, process, pricing and what to expect.

Wysegen offers six core services: Data Governance, Data Architecture & Data Lakes, Analytics & Insights, Security & Anonymization, Automation & AI, and Training & Change Enablement. Each engagement is tailored to your organisation's specific data maturity, sector constraints and business objectives.

We have proven experience across Transport & Mobility, Financial Services, Marketing & Retail, HR, Healthcare and Telecoms. Our consultants have delivered high-stakes data projects in both regulated and unregulated environments, in the UK, France and across Europe.

It depends on scope. A diagnostic audit typically takes two to four weeks. A governance framework rollout runs six to twelve weeks. A full data platform build or AI industrialisation project can span three to six months. We always define clear milestones and deliverables upfront.

Both. We are based in London and can operate fully remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on your preference and the nature of the work. For sensitive environments, we are comfortable with on-site security protocols.

The first session (typically 45 to 60 minutes) is a structured discovery conversation. We review your current data landscape, identify the most pressing pain points, and give you an honest assessment of where you stand. No pitch. No proposal disguised as a diagnosis. If there is a clear fit, we outline next steps together.

Yes. While many of our reference projects have been in large enterprises, we design our engagement models to be accessible for growing businesses. We can start with a focused, high-impact intervention and scale from there.

We define success metrics before the project starts, not after. These typically include reduction in data inconsistencies, improvement in reporting speed, compliance coverage, team adoption rates and operational efficiency gains. We track these throughout the engagement and report transparently.

We work on a fixed-scope or time-and-materials basis depending on the project. We do not have opaque day-rate models with unlimited scope. Every engagement starts with a scoped proposal with clear costs and expected outcomes, so you know what you are committing to.

Yes. We routinely sign NDAs before initial conversations and are experienced in working within regulated environments, including financial services, healthcare and public sector. Data security and confidentiality are built into how we operate, not added as an afterthought.

The founders are the ones doing the work. You get senior expertise on your project from day one, not a sales team followed by junior delivery. We are accountable for outcomes, not billable hours. And because we are a focused firm, we take on fewer clients and give each one more attention.
