Your team handles donor data, beneficiary reporting, or impact measurement — but no one has formal data training. We train them on the tools they already use, with datasets that reflect your sector.
The fastest way to build lasting data capability inside an organisation is not to hire for it. It is to train the people already there — the ones who understand the business, the clients, and the context — and give them the technical skills they are currently missing.
Wysegen partners with Luxley Digital College to deliver structured, professional data training for teams. Part-time, evenings, no disruption to operations. Your team keeps working. They gain real, applicable skills from week one.

You need data-literate operators and analysts without hiring expensive specialists. Upskill your existing team in 16 to 18 weeks, evenings only, zero business interruption.
Tight budgets, real data needs. Group rates available from three participants. UK-based on-site delivery available from eight participants at no surcharge.

Before any training conversation, Wysegen runs a free half-day diagnostic of your team's current data setup. We look at your database structure, data quality, and the gap between what you have and what your organisation actually needs.
You receive a short report — one to two pages — covering three to five priority findings and what they cost you today. No commitment. No sales pitch. You decide whether training is the right next step, and if it is, we propose a plan that matches your team and your budget.
Luxley Digital College delivers the training. Wysegen handles the strategy, architecture, and programme delivery that makes that training land in the right context.
If your organisation's data challenge goes beyond training — governance, data quality at scale, building a data function from scratch, or deploying AI — Wysegen can support that work directly, as a separate or integrated engagement.

Three for remote delivery, eight for on-site UK delivery. Below three, we recommend the individual Luxley programme instead — participants join a cohort alongside professionals from other organisations.
The core curriculum stays the same — that is what gives the training its value. Projects and case studies are adapted to your sector so participants apply skills to data they already recognise: charity reporting, financial services data, public sector analytics, and so on.
The place can be transferred to another employee in the same cohort if notified within the first three weeks. Beyond that, pro-rata refund terms apply. Full terms are set out in the engagement contract.
Not for Data Analytics or AI Workflow. Both programmes are designed for working professionals without prior coding experience. Basic computer literacy and a willingness to engage with new tools is sufficient.
Yes. Luxley operates independently and accepts direct team enrolments. If you need training only, go to luxleydigital.com/for-teams. If you need both training and consulting, a combined proposal is cleaner and more coherent.
Certification is in progress. We can share our compliance roadmap on request — relevant if your procurement requires it.
